The Safe Summer Initiative

Food, water and heat-relief kits during extreme summer temperatures.

Why it matters

Extreme heat is dangerous, and it’s most dangerous for people with nowhere to escape it. The Safe Summer Initiative delivers food, water and Safe Summer Kits to people in need during Ontario’s hottest stretches.

Your donations fund the hydration, nourishment and sun protection that prevent heat-related illness and bring real relief. Together, we can create a safer, more resilient summer for everyone in our community.
